Do you accept returns?
If the product arrives damaged you will receive full refund or we will send you a new product. We do not refund orders if the product is not damaged.
What do I need to do to return the product?
We need proof of damaged part(s). Send us an email with pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then return the product to provided shipping address and forward the tracking number to email@example.com.
How long does it take to receive a full refund or new product?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It takes around 10 business days to receive new product after the resend has been approved and an estimated 24 hours for a full refund.
How many days do I have to return a product?
You have 30 days to return a product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Who will pay for the return of the product?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
